Compliance
RDS will assist our clients and provide the tools necessary for the development of programs promulgated by the Federal Bank Protection Act (All regulatory agencies of financial institutions have virtually identical guidelines) and the Gramm, Leach, Bliley Act which include:
- The appointment of a Designated Security Officer
- Providing the Board of Directors a written security program
- Having documented security procedures
- Training for employees (including robbery, opening and closing and incident response)
- Alarm systems and other security equipment and technology
- Protection of currency and other negotiable items
- Reporting and documentation of security related incidents
- Regularly scheduled security surveys
- Written physical security program for the protection of customer information

RDS will assist in the development of security and safety programs promulgated by Regulatory Acts regarding Customer safety at ATMs and Night Depositories which include:
- Light-level requirements
- Landscaping requirements
- Regularly scheduled site surveys to document existing light levels and landscaping conditions
PROJECT-RELATED SERVICES
- Assist in the development of written, regulatory compliant physical security programs designed for the protection of employees, physical and intangible assets, customers and information
- Assist in the development of written life safety and emergency procedures programs
- Assist in the development and delivery of security training programs
- Assist in organizing an integrated, enterprise-wide approach to security program development
- Conduct security assessments at office towers, operations centers and other facilities.
